We love to try out self-striping yarns - particularly those with great happy colors! The new Queensland Fiji sure fit the bill and paired with the Melange Scarf in two colors - wow!
About the yarn - Fiji is a 100% Merino Wool DK weight - 328 yards per ball. This kit has one ball each of two colorways - #1001 Sullivan's Island and #1008 St. Augustine. This is the perfect amount for the scarf pattern.
Now to the pattern... You can download the Melange Scarf straight from Ravelry. Or please let us know, and we will be happy to include it. The scarf is a great travel project or one for a beginning knitter. The color combination truly is the magic.
Just add a US5 or US6 needle - and you are off to the races!
